Hi Jen!   It is likely that you may be able to reduce Migraines by eating organic. With foods today, there are so many additives, hormones and a bunch of other lovely stuff, why not give it a try?   I know for a lot of Migraineurs, MSG is a big trigger, and that is found in a lot of things these days!   See this link as well: Managing Migraine: Migraine Food Triggers.   Hope this helps!   Good luck going organic!
