Going with more organic food has helped me. But one thing that I found is that after doing this, it seemed my body was a LOT more sensitive to preservatives, MSG, etc. The post just above is so true. MSG is hidden in a lot of food. I have identified that as being a key trigger for my migraines. I can have it once in a while, but I have to be very, very careful.
