I have a headache with right ear pain and fatigue almost everyday what could be the possible cause? I take mucinex d and that helps with the ear pressure,I also take ibuprofen but it does not last very well. Thank you.

Your symptoms could be several different things including Migraine, ear infection, or sinus infection. As much as I'd love to be able to answer your question, the only person who can safely do that is a doctor who can review your and your family's medical history, discuss your symptoms with you, and conduct a complete examination.
One thing to be careful of is how often you take pain medictions and NSADIs, including ibuprofen. Taking them more than two or three days a week can cause medication overuse headache. You can read more about this in Medication Overuse Headache - When the Remedy Backfires.
