my boyfriend was weightlifting and suffered a sudden sharp pain in his right temple shooting to the back of his head. what causes this and should we go to the hospital or something??? I am very concerned about him.

Hi Lori!
Your boyfriend should definitely see a doctor about this. As far as the cause, that would be determined by the doctor. No one can diagnose someone over the internet.
Please get him to a doctor to have this checked out, ok?
