Reply to an Answer

All I can say from personal experience, my two courses of Topamax, thankfully, began my weight loss. i probably lost about 15-20 lbs. Other factors contributed to my continued weight loss, having now dropped about 70-75 lbs (245 to 175 or less). I wouldn't worry to much about dropping THAT much weight, but, i think it will begin a slow drop, but should stabilize. For me, it was nice to have all my clothes fit, but, now, I'm at the other extreme, nothing fits, as everything is much too big. Good luck
