Short of going to the ER, Dolgic Plus is the only thing to give me any relief, however during the summer months, I'm taking at least one a day, if not more.  I know we are only supposed to have up to 4000milligrams (of acetaminophen) a day...  I try very hard to not take any other meds, but I also get migraines with my menstrual cycle, as well, and I have to choose between risking  a migraine, or having cramps.  I know it sounds like an easy decision if you get migraines, but sometimes I don't feel one coming on, and I have to endure horrible cramps while at work and would like to take some Pamprin... but it has acetaminophen in it, and I might have to take the Dolgic later on in the day...

Dolgic Plus contains 750 mg of acetaminophen, 50 mg of butalbital, and 40 mg of caffeine.

In addition to your concern about too much acetaminophen, butalbital compounds such as Dolgic Plus are really bad about causing medication overuse headaches, aka rebound, if taken more than two or three days a week. See Medication Overuse Heaache - When the Remedy Backfires for more information on this.
