I'm so glad the articles help you. Yes, I do know how memory can be. I'll let you in on something -- I often post links for people when I answer questions, so I have a Word document that has the titles and links for all of my articles. Well, it's gotten to the point where I often use the search fundtion in Word to find the article I want because I can't remember the titles of them all any more. LOL! We do what we need to do. I often go back and read articles I've written to brush up on the details and be sure I"m remembering them correctly. So, you're not aone on that one!

Hello,Terri!
What can you tell me about headaches on top of the head? I have just started getting headaches there for the first time! Strange... My BP is at it's normal but, my face is sometimes swollen. What have you read or have to offer.
I know I have to abide by a strict migraine diet all the time for I am very food and weather sensitive. Glass half full~ I am glad Menopause is over.
