Can anyone help me I get like a veil of cobwebs over most of my face( like you have had (novocaine) and it stays with me almost all of the time with and under lining headaches all the time and headache get worse.

It's time to see your doctor. Although we'd love to answer you, the only person who can do that is a doctor who can review your and your family's medical history, discuss your symptoms with you, and conduct a complete examination.
This could be Migraine or another neurological problem. Only your doctor can tell you.
