Q: liquid vitamin D

has anyone heard of using liquid vitamin D as a treatment for migraine

There has been some recent research tying low Vitamin D levels to chronic pain. Dr. Krusz (Ask the Clinician) tests Vitamin D levels on most of his patients because he feels that low Vitamin D levels make us more susceptible to our Migraine triggers.

 

If you're considering a Vitamin D supplement, it's important to talk to your doctor, have your Vitamin D level checked, and work with your doctor to be sure you're getting the correct ammount.
