Sorry so long, new here desperate for feedback. History: chronic "suppossed" sinus headahces(doc now says don't think sinus) & migraines for 6yrs.Most of the time spent trying to "self manage".4yrs ago, exactly same time span of year (Oct-Jan)onset daily most severe migraines ever.Doc ordered CT scan which lead to 3 more, MRI, ref to neurosurgeon b/c they thought "AVM".Artialgram b/f laser proceedure revealed not there after all.Thankful, but so frust w/ the distracting run around, cancelled my foll up w/the reg neur to discuss migraine management going forward. All this time spent trying everything I know on own, mainly centered around alot of "alternative" thereapy things.Norm was almost a daily headache of vars. degrees, only about 2-3 full blown mod migraines lasting only couple hrs each per month.Constant mild to mod light sensitivity. Now, 4wks ago escalated to the daily sev. migraines of 4yrs ago as if a 4yr cycle.Doc said "clusters" gave steriods/bultal bital. Did nothing; back to neur. who gave relpax shot in office (1st relief in 3wks!)relpax rx,Toradol & night time "anti-depressant" he says is used for nerve pain.See him again for foll up soon.Question:On top of all the typical sev migraine feelings(you all know what they are)I've been feeling constant "nervy" stuff I've never felt b/f.From waking till sleep, constant "burning, non pleasent tingling, sensations" in diff patches on my head at diff times;even when I don't feel the "migraine headache" I'm UBER light sensitive, that's main full blown migraine trigger now. It's the trigger though b/c the light makes the burny nervy feelings start getting worse and more heated (as if no scalp and they were exposed)which then leads to the head pain.I'm always burning & tingling about an inch in lengh down from hairline across forehead too. This might be nothing, but also loudly hearing "pulse" inside ears when bent over or sometime lying down.Hearing it upright just comes/goes & is softer. Is this just all "migraine" world and maybe so many in a row has just turned my head "on" and it's not turning back off? Or, is there any such thing as a "nerve" thing in your head that could be the real culprit behind the headaches/migraines?
