Chronic Migraine

I am in peri-menopause and seem to have daily, chronic migraines. I have had some pretty severe ones where I had to go to the ER. I noticed it happens when I am nearing my period, but weather is also a factor. I was wondering if anyone else had this.

Re-Lactating helped ease migraines

As crazy as this sounds, I have successfully used a tens unit to stimulate my breasts to ease migraines. After researching it, I found that initially this was a way to lessen if not stop my menstrual cycle. The point was if I didn't have my cycle then at least I wouldn't have to suffer the menstrual migraines on top of everything... Read more Chevron
