Neck pain and migraines

I have a disc problem c5-C6 and I had it fixed with Laser surgery. At first, it felt better. Now it's so painful. My neck hurts all the time. Anti-nausea med helped my headache?

I woke up today with a headache (again). I came to work hoping I could beat it. As the morning went on, my head hurt worse. I took 2 Tylenol (I'm working on quitting this, already quit Excedrin 2+ weeks ago! yay me!) and it didn't help a darn bit.
