Son With Daily Headaches/Neuralgia

My son is 15 and has daily headaches since he was 6 after falling and hitting his head. He has had 3 MRIs and 2 CT scans done since then that were all normal. Can a Chiropractor help?

My son is 15 and has had chronic migraines for the past 5 years. He has been under the care of a pediatric neurologist and is currently taking 750mg of Depakote for prevention therapy.
