Migraine w/no pain & visual impairment for 18 days...

Anybody heard of having a painless migraine that causes terrible vision loss that lasts a couple of weeks and slowly comes back completely?   Thats what the neurologist tells me happened!  Oh ya, MRI and all that done to rule out stroke, etc....................................   Thanks
