they hurt

i wake up every morning with a headache which 9/10 turns into a migraine. i have tried all the triptolenes, fiorcett, depakote (made me gain 12 pounds in 6 weeks), prozac, effexor, midrin, clonopin, attivan, paxil... nothing has worked for me...
