Intro to the light spectrum and Bipolar Buckwheat

 I have started a project to display my experiences through the years, all based on the light spectrum as a gage. I would like feedback if my post are helpful or not. I have swung many times in my life from a gun to my head to making several hundred thousands of dollars and blowing it. More to come if anyone is interested.

Asked for help and got help; exhaustion
