Single Mom with DDD post 3 Fusions and a Laminectomy

Epidural shot!

I am supposed to get an epidural nerve block in  2 weeks (lumbar) but I have read posts about horrible pain after and don't know if I can deal with more pain than I do daily. Any advise?
