My husband has had migraines without headache for many years. He also has a mid brain aneurism-not operable which was diagnosed 25 years ago. His migraines usual start with visual disturbance, aversion to noise, mouth tingling and sometimes numbness in his fingers always on the right hand side.
Three months ago he woke up totally confused and feeling sick He did not know what the day was or what we had to do on that day. He had none of his usual migraine symptoms.
