Researchers suggests that Botox may offer a small help for some patients who have chronic migraines. The new study, funded by the drug's makers, found that Botox takers had about 8 fewer headache days per month, compared to seven fewer days experienced by those who took a placebo. The most common side effects of Botox were neck pain and muscle weakness, researchers found.
