Frequent Headaches

For a person with frequent headaches, keeping a log of that
includes information about each headache can help to determine the
type or types of headaches that he or she is having. The log should
include information about what makes the headache worse, how long
it lasts, and what other symptoms occur before, during and after
the headache.
