I've been having Migraines for 12 years practically every day, they mimic a stroke, I can't talk, walk, my eyes water and my nose runs. I feel some pressure in the forehead but minimum pain, I fall sleep easily and sleep for 3 or 4 hours. Afterwards I am confused and weak. They seem to be trigger by light or reflection from lights, dark glasses don't help much.
