Full Question:I take Topamax every day and have noticed that I get migraines just with my cycle and PMS (Otherwise the Topamax works fine) I get migraines, and then the Topamax isn't strong enough. I'm wondering If it would be worth it to get a stronger dosage of Topamax. Even though the Topamax works fine the rest of the month, would it be worth it to get a higher dosage for that time of the month. I'm on 50mg. Joyce.
