A report from the World Health Organization (WHO) suggests that there are huge economic and social costs associated with migraines and other types of headaches. According to the report, almost half of all adults in the world suffer from headache disorders. The WHO found that 400,000 days of work are lost to migraines, at a cost of around 229 billion dollars.
