I have been reading of connections of migraine to stroke and heart disease. I have had migraines for 20 years and every time think i may die from the pain. Is there any way of knowing the difference between a normal migraine and one I should head to the emergency room for? I am developing anxiety about having a stroke during a migraine as i normally just wait it out in bed, no one would even know. Lyndal.
