I have a 25+ year history of migraines which have developed into daily chronic migraines. I have tried most medications with good success with Imitrex. I have recently started Occipital nerve block treatment with a migraine/pain specialist. (Treatment to date has included 2 lidocaine nerve blocks to test for effectiveness. Next will be radio frequency treatment for more long-lasting relief). I have found little info re: occipital nerve block treatment of migraines on the internet....
