The Food and Drug Administration has approved a new mouthpiece that may help reduce migraines. The hard plastic mouthpiece is worn at night, fits only on the front four teeth, and prevents them from moving. In clinical trials, 82 percent of migraine sufferers had a 77-percent reduction in migraines within the first eight weeks.
