Somewhere I read that upper thoracic scoliosis can cause migraines that begin with stiffness in neck and travel up one side of the head. Have you heard of this? Katherine
 

 

 

Answer:

 

Dear Katherine;

 

Cause, no. Trigger, absolutely. Any disequilibrium of spinal structures can contribute to Migraines in a given individual; I'd expect the headache to begin at the base of the neck or between the shoulder blades.
