Symptoms
The early warning symptoms (called an aura) include:

Abnormal sensations - Epigastric sensations ("a funny feeling in my gut," "stomach rising")

Hallucinations or illusions (vision, smells, tastes, or other sensory illusions) - Sensation of deja vu, recalled emotions or memories
