Why do some people with Hashimoto's thyroiditis have horrendous "Migraine" headaches before they are properly treated with thyroxin? I had a history of menstrual Migraines which became daily episodes when I developed Hashimoto’s. It was undiagnosed for three years, and the regular Migraine "triptans" and myriad of other prophylactic meds did not touch it. Is it a different type of headache, or a Migraine?
