The FDA has issued a new warning about the use of Topamax (topiramate) during pregnancy. Topamax is an anticonvulsant medication also approved for Migraine prevention. Like other anticonvulsants, Topamax is sometimes used off-label for chronic pain – particularly neuropathic or nerve pain.
