Does anyone have experience with Topamax and do you have to take it for the rest of your life or can you stop after a half year or so and are your migraines then less than before? Bella.

Dear Bella;
This goes for any preventive regimen -- You just can't predict the answer to your question. Preventive meds work only while you're taking them. Once you stop taking them and they're out of your system, you're on your own with your Migraines again.
