What Causes Headaches Everyday

Migraines linked to sleep trouble in kids

A small study suggests that kids who have migraines are more likely to have sleep apnea when compared to children who have other kinds of headaches. Children with severe migraines also slept less, took longer to fall asleep, and had less REM sleep. Of the participants, 60 had migraine, 11 had chronic daily headache, six had tension headache, and 13 had non-specific headache. Read more »
