Is this Migraine aura without headache or silent Migraine?

Full Question:

I have gotten migraines in the past. Recently, I've been having aura symptoms without headache. My symptoms are neurological. Tingling in one side of the body above waist, nausea, confusion. These last a few hours and this recurs for a few days. Is this a case of "migraine aura without headache" or silent migraine?

Thanks, Zahra.

Answer:

Dear Zahra;

This may be acephalgic or silent Migraine. You can read more about that in Acephalgic or Silent Migraine – The Basics.
