A federal court has granted a preliminary injunction to drugmaker Johnson & Johnson that prohibits rival Mylan Laboratories Inc. from launching a generic formula of Topamax. Mylan won approval in September to begin selling a generic formula of the popular migraine and epilepsy treatment. The injunction will prevent the generic from immediately going to market.
