Too much, too little weight may increase migraines
New research carried out by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and "Prevention" suggests that being either overweight or underweight may increase a person's risk of suffering from migraines. In the study, investigators used data collected from 7,601 adults who participated in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey between 1999 and 2002. They found that those who fell at either extreme of the weight spectrum were more likely to get severe migraines than those at a normal weight.
