Migraine may increase the risk of depressive episodes

People who experience migraines may be more likely to undergo major depressive episodes as well, researchers say. The link between the two conditions is not fully understood, but Canadian scientists found that migraine sufferers were about 8 percent more likely to experience major depression than those who did not have migraines.
