Military Still Failing to Detect, Treat Brain Injuries in Veterans

Mild traumatic brain injuries have been called one of the signature wounds of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. But experts say the military medical system is still failing to properly diagnose and treat these injuries in returning troops, many of whom are receiving little or no treatment for lasting health issues.
