“This is a good place to point out the inaccuracy of the phrase “Migraine Headache” as it’s commonly used. The phrase is usually used instead of “Migraine Attack.” . . . This may seem like a small matter, but if we stop referring to Migraines as “headaches” or “Migraine Headaches”, it will help educate people to the fact that Migraine is a genetic neurological disorder…”

(Regarding keeping up friendships)“If activities you usually share are triggering activities for you, here’s where a little creativity can enter into the situation. . .
