Summary

What's more important than the recipes themselves, is that Dr. Marks is presenting us with a plan to identify our food triggers then develop a way of eating that avoids them without depriving ourselves of enticing meals. That is the most important recipe of all.

For more information about trigger foods see:

Managing Migraine – Migraine Trigger Foods
Migraine triggers are physical things that bring on a Migraine attack when a Migraineur is exposed to them. Learn more about how to identify and avoid your Migraine trigger foods. Includes free downloadable workbook.
