F.I.T. Clip — Fluid Intake Tracker

The F.I.T. Clip Fluid Intake Tracker is a simple, yet effective tool that most of us probably need. Even for those who simply don't like and won't drink water, it can help monitor fluid intake. In a time when it seems that high tech rules, here's a simple device that works.

Pros
  • Easily clips onto standard water bottles.

  • All edges are nicely rounded, no sharp edges or corners.

  • Tracker slides easily enough to handle easily, but isn't easily slid by accident.

  • Durable and impact-resistant.

Cons

  • It would be helpful if the F.I.T. Clip were available in a larger size for larger bottles.

Description

  • Clips onto standard water bottle or can.

  • "Tracker" is moved for each bottle of water consumed.

  • Made of durable, impact-resistant plastic.

  • Available in five colors.

  • Also fits on some drinking glasses.

Summary

Whether we approach proper hydration from the point of view of avoiding dehydration as a headache or Migraine trigger or from the point of view of general health, it's vital. The Surgeon General of the U.S. recommends that we drink 64 ounce of water daily. Especially if I'm busy, I don't always know how much water I've had. The F.I.T Clip helps track and be more aware of our fluid intake. It's a simple reminder that's easy to use and inexpensive.
