Many of us begin to feel useless soon after MS diagnosis. Thank you for poimting out that is untrue. Everone is sick or depressed at one time or another and needs help.

 

The smallest act of listening can be providing care. When needed, do what you can to help your caregiver. As Jennifer says, providing help works both ways, you have helped and you no longer feel useless. You have value.
