What Would Your MS Superpower Be? Question of the Week

By Dan and Jennifer Digmann, Health Guide Tuesday, May 08, 2012
The night before this year’s Walk MS event in Frankenmuth, Mich., we’re planning to stay out late.   Not at a dance club. Not at a concert. Not a bar.   We have a date to join our respective siblings to see the movie that so many others, regardless of their age or gender...

Hey Guys,

You are tHere's my thought --

Actually I am conflicted. Now that I am no longer numb and don't have to worry abbout heat any more, I am still conflickted.

There are times I would wave my hand and take away the tenseness that cause spasms and allow people with MS to no longer worry about muscles unexpectantly moving or just tightinging so much, so hard. I think that would eliminate the trigeminal neuralgia that has caused such pain for some of us and has given me such trouble for the past several months. A little selfish perhaps, but I know so many of us have spasm problems.

There are other times I would blink my eyes and MS vision problems would simply disapear --that includes all levels of bluriness and double vision, too.

Are two MS Superpowers allowed in this Question of the Week? I hope so, because there are so many things that that could be corrected. These are the two tht immediately popped into my mind.

Good question Dan and Jenifer.

Great ideas, Vicki! I'm rethinking my power, it needs to "chill" pain too! Agree? Especially TM pain - have to have that :-)

rid all with MS of their cognitive issues and put a stop to any future issues.

I want no thanks, I just want them to go out and help anyone with a chronic illness live as full a life as possible!

talk about cog issues, took me forever to get a comment to post and now I have 2.  Obviously I am using my powers for others and not myself!

See you Saturday!

Great idea, Brenda. I'd want that superpower so no one ever has to deal with cognitive issues.

And on another note, maybe another power that could control the weather! I'm so tired of rainy MS Walks!! It was great to see you Saturday. Seriously though, a power to control the weather... that could be so helpful for those of us with MS.

Hello, I am here to rid all of their cognitive issues and stop any future issues!

All I ask in return is that they go forth and help anyone with a chronic illness live a long and productive life.

Sincerely,

nomo cognitive
