Hi guys,
Yes, this sounds a little familiar, or at least parts of it. It's so easy to blame MS, and why not? But some of these things are familiar to people without MS -- maybe they just haven't been diagnosed yet.
For example, let's look at that snooze alarm thing. The first time I had one was before MS -- or was it? I have to admit my snooze had my fingerprints all over it. If we don't blame MS, we can at least blame alarm clock designers for tempting us with a few minutes more. It didn't matter what time I went to bed.
Here's one that is definitely MS -- your heel. I have read several pieces by or about women requiring foot repositioning. In fact, I may have done that myself. The heel may be specific to the bed, but MS feet like to be repositioned wherever they are.
Thank you for bringing that to our attention. These thijngs may not be exclusive to MSers, but MS may exaggerate them, at least the foot thing. The snooze alarm may be practiced universally.
I wish you a good night's sleep and sweet dreams tonight.
