Okay, so I fell off the wagon over the weekend, indulging in German Chocolate Cake, and ugh, even worse, chips from a bag -- oh yeah, and a creme brulee. I should have known better; since without a doubt, I always feel totally better when I eat natural foods, and from as close to the earth as possible.
I am back on the wagon today, oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast, and 1 hour of exercise. Wow, I am empowered.

But it was worth every bite! I love to tell stories also, and you guys seem to enjoy them, and believe it or not they are true! You guys are the best! Sherry

You may think that you could out do me on the "falling off the wagon" thing, but let me tell you, that I could eat you out of house and home when I pull all stops. It just seems that everything affects me to the max these days - a nice size dinner knocks me out, one glass of wine makes me tipsy, a hint of junk food makes me gummy-eyed, be-slobbered. But, a-ha, the opposite works as well. A day of proper eating and exercise leaves me feeling not-so-bad. So.. there you have it. But, I do love a good cheese cake. mg
