    I think your dr will really appreciate that you can ask intelligent questions and are prepared with what medication you would like to be on. You sound so prepared for this appointment and I'm impressed that you had the presence of mind, this early in the process, to get a copy of your MRI report. The best thing you can do is be your own advocate and you are doing that.

    My diagnosis came out of the blue and when the dr first mentioned "demylinating disease", he had to spell it for me. I think I exasperated him asking a million questions. Now, 5 years later, I make sure I read as much as possible before going to see my dr, educate myself on potential medications, and have a list of questions I want to ask. You are already at this point. Good for you!
