Hi there Everyone!
I'm a Viniyoga Instructor in Seattle Wa with MS. Yoga has helped my fatigue, my confidence, my body awareness/ acceptance, reduced my achey, crampy muscles, my balance, my patience with myself (my speech!) and much much more. I plan to teach yoga for MS early next year (as I'm finishing my 500 hour training to better serve the MS community) but am chomping at the bit to share how much yoga can help us! If you have any yoga questions or concerns- lemme know- I'd love to get some more people practicing for themselves!
