To be honest, I do sometimes. Only a few times has it been so dramatic that I thought I might not be able to stand the consequences. I attribute at least one occurrence to a possible MS relapse which was effecting my intestinal motility.
This week I wrote about a recent diagnosis I received on Friday morning from my new GI doctor. It is a condition which we should all be aware of especially since it can be caused by chronic constipation.

Besides undergoing medical procedures, traveling to speak, and meeting with friends to celebrate birthdays or the holiday, I have been working on a few posts. Hopefully I’ll get one finished and posted by next week.
In the meantime, check out Vicki’s question this week regarding health apps available for use on mobile devices. I have more than a dozen on my iPhone and enjoy each one for a different reason.
Probably the application which has gotten the most use is “Lose It!” which has helped me to keep track of what I eat, how much I weigh, and what exercise I get. A great motivator which has helped me to lose more than 40 pounds this calendar year. Whoohoo!!
