MS was a Guest, Not the Star, of the Wedding

By Lisa Emrich, Health Guide Monday, October 29, 2012
Whoohoo, Rob and I have been married now for nine days!  The wedding was beautiful and it was wonderful getting to see so many people who are special to us in one place at one time.  I was thrilled that our immediate families were able to travel, some from great distances, to be with us.&nb...

There is nothing better than finding the perfect companion to spend your life with. I wish you a lifetime of love, happiness, peace and joy.

..... but since you asked the question, I read recently about a study being done testing a drug that is used for ADHD on cognitive function for those of us living with MS. I would love to know more about the drug and the study.

 Tell me everything you know.

 Hugs,

 Michael

Lisa,

Once again congrats to you and Rob on your recent wedding.  I am glad to read all went well and that you are onto the next phase of your life - being a happily married lady!

I, too, went through my wedding 24 years ago and MS was in the background.  I, too, didn't put MS at the front of my "thinking list" and I was better for it.  Yes, I was tired afterwards and yes, my legs hurt from all the standing and dancing.  Was it worth it?  YOU BETCHA!

First, let me say congratulations!

I know that we talked about the studies on interferons and whether the researchers were correct in saying that they weren't working.  I haven't seen anything on Copaxone though which is not an interferon.  Got any insight into studies in this area?

Lisa and  Rob,

Congratulations to you  both, and may you enjoy MANY happy years together. What a wonderful ceremony and special time with family. You remain an inspiration to us all.
