Hi Lisa, I experience some of this too - Espescially the contrast sensitivity due to glare.  It's worse when my double vision or fatigue is acting up- one effects the other.

 

Also the I find myself drifting mentally, where I might not have before and where I live which is colder climate (even with the heat on) one foot or hand will go cold and burn while the other is just fine.

 

I drive slow and avoid nighttime driving and thankfully my lifestyle (working from home) was beyond a help since for the 1st year after a big flare I didn't trust myself to drive because my double vision and nystagmus was so bad.  I was afraid I would put someone else in danger.
