That's the drawback of the new website which is that folks can't leave comments or upload their own stuff. If you're curious about blogging itself in general, then there are places where you can do that for free, ie. blogger.com or wordpress.com.
Or.... the Sharepost system here is just like blogging. In fact, you already have a blog which is hosted here at HealthCentral (kinda, sorta,
